ok my air has been giving me some problems lately,

first it was leaking from the safety valve at around an output of 600psi, so i replaced the red seal, but to no avail, still leaked,

so i went ahead and took the whole thing apart, regreased and replaced all the seals, but now i have a new problem, when i'm filling the tank, it leaks from the little hole right in front of the burst disk next to the lcd, and when it reaches around 800psi in the tank, the leak stops.

now i'm thinkin i used a bad o-ring somewhere, but not sure which one it is, i replaced all of them, main seal, rocket o-rings etc.

any help would be appreciated, specially since i have a tourny in 2 days, i'll be ok with it the way it is but i just wanna be safe

I have never had a problem like that with my angel air (except for the saftey seal, which I fixed easily with replacing it) However with my '04 conquest I used it once worked awsome and then it started leaking the next time I used it. So I rebuilt it and still leaked...rebuilt it again and it still leaked. I ended up finally having to send it to a Mac Dev tech....basicly what I am trying to say is if that rebuilding it didnt work you might need to have a tech look at it, cause you can only do so much... But if you did fix it let us know how you did it, just in case this ever happens to mine or anyone elses.

dont have angel air, so im not 100% sure how it works. so heres a shot in the dark.

usually the pressure in the tank is what holds the valve closed. maybe whatever is in AIR to make the valve close with pressure isnt functioning completely so that it takes more pressure for the valve to close.

just an idea...
