turning lpr up or down

I need help on how to turn the lpr up, i read the manual but i still need a better explanation . Someone enlighten me

ok. You remove the cover and access the shims. Then you add a shim. Oh ya, I have a question. Where do you put the gauge when u are reading LPR pressure? Right or left side (looking at gun)

Hmm im not really sure,but I need to get a tool kit so I can take care of all that stuff.
