t1 no bounce?

hey guys i'm new to angels and i just got my fly about 2 months ago.(switched from timmies)anyway i'm hitting about 19-20 bps and everyone around me always says something about bounce,it does'nt feel like it's bouncing to me.what should i do?by the way i was getting about 15-17 on my timmies.

nope, no bounce sir, thats just the raw power of the fly..people think everything has bounce now-a-days

yeah thats what i've been trying to tell them,but they say if it's not bounce then it's doing something that just can't be legal.all i know is that it is screaming fast and i won't be going back to timmies anytime soon :tongue:

I have the same problem with the local tourney league I play in. First event I played with my Force 4 Fly I had 2 refs and the head ref standing over top of me for the entire game trying to determine if my gun was adding shots or not. After a long discussion with them mid day and letting them shoot the gun they let me go and determined that my Force is legal and rips 20 to 24 bps average with ease. Yes I always have it set in Mode 1 semi and my TR is at 1 always and I use a Halo with a Victory board and new batteries every event. I thank Jim @ Impact for teching my gun and for making my gun 1 of the fastest in my league.

everyone thinks that timmys r the fastest guns out there along with dm4s and such, there only fast casue they bounce, angels go fast without bounce and go faster with bounce, but i prefere to show everyone off when the gun can go 22 with ease without bounce...i just cant wait to get my rasta and show them all off(my friend has a 05 speed and i love ripping on that)

yea, one of my friends has his timmy and only has had timmys, he doesnt even like to touch an angel or any other gun for that matter...guess what he shoot the other day and is now selling his timmy for...a 05 speed, its sad really

I set mine to TR1 before my trip to the field the other day, reset my rof counter, did a few tests and hit 21 on avg without problems...hahaha...0 bounce...whoop

i just got rid of my timmy and picked up a JD Fly, oh man is it sweet. at one point i had my debounce on the timmy at 2 and it would go full auto once you started to walk the trigger. i shot my angel yesterday and it was set at tr 5 with no sign of bounce or ramp. damn i love these things.

Not to flame, but show me ANY gun shooting 20-24bps legally/no bounce, and I will eat a nugget of my own poo.

If someones fingers are going 20+ pulls a second, they cant do it long because their hand will catch onn fire.

Come down to Hawaii, I get 22-24 bps easy. My TR is also set a 1. I got my TOE set 2mm at the middle, no bounce. Ocasionally I do get cramps over an extended amount of time.

Ill experiment with trigger adjustments and see what i can get. All though my gunis in 982345 pieces right now, waiting for my evolve/newton kit to get here.

I shouldnt argue too much. I can get 17 real easy with TR 1, and i know the fastest PHYSICALLY my fingers can go is maybe 13 at most, but i have the MT trigger/magno mod, and its so freakin smooth.

I'm confused if you get 17 real easy, and you use tr1 then your fingers are moving at 17...


Oh and a side note, hahahah I adjust my trigger last nite (bad idea) and went from 21 on tr1 to 14 hahahahahaha, time to set it back how I had it...lol

Im not sure either, Ive had timmys with low and high debounces, and i physically coulnt not move my fingers over 12bps.

Could just be the trigger set up and a couple other variables, but 5 more BPS is pretty freaking good.

well, something is up with my fly, I can no longer hit 20, 14-15 max now for some reason. I adjusted the trigger (didn't help), then put TR up from 1 to 2 to 3 all the way up to 22 and STILL 14/15bps...so I am like..what happened.

Then I put the TR back to 1 and set the dwell to 7 and lo and behold 18bps on tr1 over and over again. Then it tells me: oil service recommended. LOL The gun has 7000 cycles on it, so I oiled it up again. After I take it out tommorow I will probably ship it to Ken and see what's going on with it. Two weeks ago 20-21 bps on TR1 now I can't get above 14 ROFL. DAMN FINGERS!

my team mate has a dm4, and he prefers it over a fly, pssh, i keep telling i rip more then him, easily
