what would be better for the gun evil angel valve or cobra's
lp valve? i know each is better than stock but which is best? thanks

The evil valve is made for older style angels, lcds and IR3s not the newer guns, and it really isn't better. For new valves check out the cobra, or wait for the evolve kit to start shipping.

I"ve heard the evolve kit isn't going to be all it's cracked up to be. The US postal service has my cobra valve and bolt. I'll let you know how it works out.

I found my cobra bolt to make somewhere between no difference to possibly -5 fps but slightly more consistent. Haven't installed the new valve yet. Please do not fail to post your bolt results.

Alright, here's what I found. With the stock bolt and valve, I was at about 290. With the Cobra valve and v2.0 bolt both installed I was hitting as high as 315 averaging 310. In the hand the cobra bolt feel heavier, so I took them to work to weigh them, and the cobra IS heavier, but only slighly. I think the increase comes from the increase in flow because the "soft face" bolt wasn't as free flowing. I also like the look of the cobra valve, it has a little more weight to it, but it is one piece and it just looks like a better piece of equipment. Anyone know where I can find a titanium hammer for the fly or speed 05?
