Have air leaking below the lpr from the hole above the asa. I replaced the oring on the LPR thinking that would fix it however still leaking.

The gun worked without any problems last wednesday and then took it to the field yesterday and was leaking. Weds was when I added some shims and then put the dwell at 10.

Atm setup like this:
LPR - 65-70psi
Dwell - 10
T.R. - 2

Also havent had a chance to check the velocity since adding more shims but that was because of the leak yesterday. When i shot it weds it looked high but nothing extreme.

Attached is a pic of where its leaking from.

Any ideas?

Do you mean the o-ring on the LPR side cap, or the o-ring on the shim retainer, or did you take the LPR completely out and replace an o-ring on it?

I would think the problem is the ASA seal. Take your ASA off by 1st removing the inline, and then using an appropriate METRIC hex wrench remove the screws that hold the ASA in place, and inspect the seal. Lube and replace if necessary. Hope that helps

The o-ring i replaced was on the piston... gonna take it all out and replace them all now. Also will look at asa oring, not sure how that would have gone bad or moved as wasn't ever touched.

Will report results when I have done that.

Leak stopped when I replaced the 2 other o-rings. They didn't look bad at all but it worked so /shrug.
