load factory settings again..don't shoot

i have serious troubles with my new speed 05...yesterday play with it..and use a evolution II with Z board...when eyes are On only shoot one ball..so turn off the eye and shoot normal.
i try today to loader settings and change this setting but i don't know what happen...now don't shoot.
when turn on it going to eye on and indicate a paintball is not present.....i try to turn off eye holding trigger for two seconds and shoot normaly....now are blocked don't shoot.
tomorrow i need to play a local tournament and my angel don't shoot . i try to load factory settings and can't.
what must to do?
when hold a internal button this two last lights appear green?

Clean your eyes with a micro fiber towel, or get them serviced. That worked for me. I chopped like MAD the first time I played my Speed but I cleaned the eyes and the one-ball problem you're talking about just went away. So just try cleaning your eyes.
