My IR3 messaged me for the "grease service" the other day. What's involved in that? Is it the same as oil sevice or is that a different message?

According to the manual the "grease service", as I understand it, involves removing and lubricating the SUPA-GLIDE RAM assembly and other accessible internal parts which should be done about every 20.000 shots using for example Love Juice Extreme Grease.

I'm about to this myself and would be grateful for any tips and tricks in doing this.

As would I. I just broke the 20K mark on my IR3 today.
