Hooking up the A.I.R

I just got an Angel speed with a A.I.R tank, i am unfamiliar with how to hook it up. I know how to mount it but how do I attach it to my reg and how do I turn the air on, sorry the tank is used adn did not come with a manual. Is the tank even worth keeping or should I just go with my Crossfire tank?

u mount it, then run macro from the opening on the AIR to the reg.

and to turn it on/off there is a hole onto of the tank were a alen wrench(sp) should fit in....in is on and higher pressure and off is out and lower pressure
