new nppl rules?

somebody told me that the nppl is changing their rules so that the only shoots that have to be semi only are your first 2 shoots but all the shoots after that can have bounce or full auto
this sounds kinda dumb if it is :scratchhe

that was the nxl..... every body else is normal at semi only
