question about TR

it says something about trigger off set but what does that mean and is it better to have it on a higher setting or what?

The higher the TR setting the higher the chance that you will have "trigger bounce", helping you have a faster rate of fire.
This is fine if you are playing around, but if you set it too high in a tourney it could cost you.
