Little bit of a problem

Allright so I get my new Blue Dust C&C IR3 and I get home and plug the thing in with my wall charger and leave it for a while after about an hour and a half the display switches from CHARG to SAFE and I'm thinkin that obviously it can't be completely charged yet. I unplug the cord and plug it back in and it starts chargeing again. I get it out to play around with it today and after about a half hour it goes dead now it dosn't seem to want to take a charge at all would anything cause this other than a bad battery. Is this a common prob with the IR3?

What software version do you have?

You might want to try charing with your car running. I don't know if you want to drive around for 4 hours charing your IR3... but it's worth a try...
