45/4500 Air Efficeincy

Hey I am new to the Angel and recently bought an A4 Fly. I love the marker, but I need to get a new tank which brings me to the question. Can anybody who has used a 45/4500 tank tell me about how many shots they get from a fill with one of the new Flies?

I get 8 140 pods on a full fill with a 45/4500 with my Force Fly
But most often you don't get a full fill so your better off buying a 68/4500 LP bottle

I'm am looking into running it as a 45/4500 conquest system...(not a big fan of lp presets). Do you think that there would be any big diference between what you are recommending and the one that i am recommending?

I get about 1000 my A4 and Speed 05.
