well you will have to mod the frame for it to fit. Plus the speed board uses the smaller battery found in the speeds. Why dont you just get a new stock board? Only the stock lcd board will fit the lcd frame unless u mod it.

I happen to have done a speed board install on an lcd and it`s relativly painless although the frame needs to be milled a bit around the top of the mounting area.. or remove the back plate from the capsule around the board to allow proper fit. And 1 hole needs drilled and tapped... it`s not rocket science ..but you need to know your way around a work shop.
Of course this isn`t a sanctioned mod from WDP so it will void any warranty on the board and may void warranty on the gun as well. And you will not have the benefit of the sensi system since the lcd body and frame are not milled for it.
As as for the battery...it works fine with the 6 volt although the speed board only draws 4.8v.
I could do the install for you .. do you have a speed board or will you need 1? I have 1 i could use for the install. drop me an email if your intrested

I just purchased a used angel online. It is a 2K2 LCD C&C w/ a speed board. It also comes w/ the original LCD board in addition to the SPeed board. The guy has great feedback and he said the gun shoots fine w/ the speed board in it. It is in the mail on its way to me as of yesterday, so in a couple days I will know for sure. Ive never shot an angel and I was planning on getting a vision imp for about the same price. For some reason I was under the impression that the angel is an all around better marker than the impy.
I am hoping that there are no issues w/ this angel LCD w/ the speed board. I will let you know when I get it and inspect it.
Also, I shoot an emag as a primary marker. I was curious as to how the angel LCD compares to the emag comparing kick and ROF. I know they are both capped at 20bps, but I have no idea how angel triggers are.
Anyone know.
