palm software v2?

a while back i heard of the IR3 palm software v2 that was coming out that should help with some compatability issues and other stuff. anything ever come of this?

there has been talk about V2, however it still has not been released for the general public. Whether this means that Tech's have it or it's still undergoing testing within WDP we do not know.
