cant change dwell

ok i dont have air in or anything..but i got this gun and i go to change the dwell..its on the first 3 bars...and i hit the green button and it doesnt change...could a sense thing be wrong..or do i need air...and just incase it matters...i dont have sensi on...help?

if you tried to read your manual, you would know that there is a button on the board inside the grip to change dwell, sensi modes, ect.
