Speed not activating at all

i turn it on... it starts blinking and i pull the trigger and nothing happens... it's fully charged... can anyone help me?

toe screw adjustment? have u set the trigger?
if you pull and hold the trigger does it light up a few leds? does the display cascade while you rip on it?
