Fly Or Speed ?

Ok I know that this question has been asked before but I would just like to clear things up. I play front and right now I have a Dark IR3, and so my problem is should I get the 05 speed or the A4 Fly. Now the speed has the new trigger set up which I like, but the Fly seems to be smaller. But what I really want to know is the Fly lighter than the speed or are they the same weight even though the speed looks bigger, it is bigger right? I couldn't tell when I was at Vegas because they had the damn Angel Air on both set ups. Any input would be much appreciated and also from Ken or any other techs Thx

I'm pretty sure they are about the same size, but I think with the milling on the fly its a bit lighter but we'r talking fractions of a pound.

go to the gym and lift some weights....muscles get bigger...gun is easier to carry !!!

I was at kens shop yesterday, and he had the 05 there.. I was playing with the trigger a bit, OMG it is so smooth. I really liked it. That was the only real diffrence I noticed just by picking it up for a minute. It didnt feel any heavier than the fly, but I didnt pick a fly up, and compare or anything. I still like My a4 bettter though. I just think the milling is better. I just cant wait to get my 4 flied, and maybe if god loves us a4 owners enough, he will allow WDP to release that same trigger system for the speeds/a4's.

Also I think the new speed is a bit longer than the fly. Not 100% on that, but it seemed that way. I dont think I like how they spaced the reg from the trigger though. I dont think it really did anything for the gun. I still held it the same as I do my 4. But holy crap does that trig feel right... :boink:

i'd say fly. it is smaller and lighter.. thats a fact. might not be by much, but it is.

than again, if the 05 is more comfortable, sacrafice the small amount of weight adn size and go for thatr price.

especially at the price their at, you can go wrong.

Id go Speed 05. Nice Comphy Trigger.FASTFASTFAST. Very smooth looking.Very nice feel. I love mine and you will to.

I dont know which one is lighter between a speed and a fly but i do have an angel 4 retro fly and i can see they took off a lot of the extra body on the main body, there used to be bout 1 cm thick body then they milled to bout 1mm of the body on the speed, so this might lighten it a bit.
