It's a drop in mod, the boards are interchangable. Take off the grip cheeks, unplug your speed board(batt, sol, and sensi), and unscrew it from the grip frame, and it should come out. Just reverse the steps for installation.

The only way you'll get a cheaper A4 board is if someone is selling one in the classifieds.

You will have to ask about the screen at the time of purchase. I thought that it came complete, but I could be wrong and it never hurts to ask. You will not need a new grip.

I believe it comes with the screen. All of the other sponsors have it for ~$200 including the screen. You can definitely save a lot of money if you search the classifieds here.

If you plan on getting it retro'd though, you might want to wait. The MT's put their own programed board in when they retro it if I remember right. No need to buy two boards.

My vote is go for the retro. If you need any more info you can look at the sticky "should i get the a4 board for my speed". this sticky has given me a lot of info about the a4 board.
