mini reg mod..

I highly doubt the master techs would recomend a mod that could cause damage.

in my experiance the mini mod makes you very inconsistant at the crono especially while rapid firing "many fields req this now to test for bounce" i tryed every thing before ibought a new tank switching the regs but the best solution is to sell your tank on pbnation and pick up a cheap 68/45 crossfire "low press 450 output" and be done with it. honestly after you shoot a angel you never go back so you wont need that old tank!
