Can someone give me an overview on how to install a low rise in place of the high-rise?

I'm pretty sure I read that they screw-out, but it's really really tight and I don't wanna strip out my gun..

any advice is greatly appreciated.

thanks!!

well i had mine done at the IAO .. and jason and KK from pbc used a strap wrench ... it didnt ruin the high rise like channel locks could possibly do if they slip and was very easy to change.

I've had luck using rubber (old thick rubber mouse pad or tire tube cut into strips), wrapped around the feed neck and using a strap wrench over that. It leaves no marks.
Also you need to use some sort of "removeable" thread lock, such as the "weaker" strength Locktite. If you use "red" Locktite, you'll never get it off again, without a fight.

OK, well I spent $39 ($39! OUCH) on a Dye low rise at the local store ("on-sale") hehe..

well, now it looks cooler, but functions like crap.. skipping shots all over the place when I fire fast.

Is this usual? Guess I could always fire slower.. but that's no fun.

So what's the scoop on this?

I also picked up a dye ultralight and was breaking balls left and right.. that might just be the OLD marbs I have though (bought them in June).
