Gonna have to give a wee bit more info then that. Does it turn on ok? What happens when you try to shoot?

When you are in safe and pull the trigger, does the backlight come on?

Your trigger isnt pushing the leaf in far enough to fire. Take off your grip (LCD side) and try pushing the leaf in with an allen key when in life. I bet it fires.

one other question what is dwell and tp????

Dwell is how long the valve stays open. Just like before that wants to be at 14 on your IR3. TR is bounce. If you have any version below LP3.5 (the thing it says on bootup) you wannt run about 12. If you have LP3.5 you want to run around 3.
Now we get into the wonderful world of leaf bending. You have to take the leaf (metal strip) and bend the middle part out far enough that the trigger will hit it. say its like this now | you have to make it look like this (
Best way to do this is to take an allen key and push the middle of the spring out away from the board.

Vantage is reffering to Fly versions, not 4 versions.
Your TR is totally dependant upon your trigger setup. Before you start bending your spring and risk causing damage you don't want try adjusting your trigger and even go so far as to move trigger pivot holes.
