This just happened last night and freaked me out. I was airing up my Force Fly with my 45/45 2nd Gen AIR and it went straight from Lo-P to Hi-P and blew my Macro Line. I think it's the Piston O-ring, but I want to be sure before I end up having to go through and completely rebuild the reg. I will probably go through the whole thing and do it any way, but what else could it be? Another issue is the threaded disk that the pressure adjustment grub screw seats into spins with the grub screw when trying to increase or decrease the pressure unless the pressure output is above 300 psi, what can be done to stop this from happening?

Little teflon or green loctite on the threads will keep the outer part from spinning. As for the HP, check the rocket orings.

Thanks for the reply Vantage but the part I'm referring to doesn't seem to have any threads with which to apply the teflon or green loctite to except for the adjustment grub screw which needs to constantly be adjusted to allow for output pressure adjustments. The piece I'm referring to is the one inserted between the end cap and the plunger which holds the spring stack to the piston that the output pressure grub screw is threaded into. Sorry I can't post a pic becasue my camera is currently not working, if I get that taken care of I'll post a pic.
