Finally got this thing working. No WAS board, stock ram housing, vertical adapter leaked because of a broken grub screw under it, max-flo looks like it's been beaten on and I had to replace half of the o-rings.
And it's a 2003 Impulse, not a 2004.

But at least it works now.
