This is a Royal Blue to Ice Blue Fade iR3.
It is Mem3 Cops1. It's a HALO friendly angel, I have used two different HALOS on it with no chops or doublefeeds. the marker has just undergone a complete cleaning, lubing, and tuning, and it rips!
