i had a problem with one of my speeds where when i turned the gun off i had a red light staying on the back of the speed, is this a faulty connection or what i then proceeded to move the battery a little and then it turned off, when i first got the marker the battery that came with it was dead already. will this be an issue on these markers... and when i send it it for warranty work is there any charges because i noticed on fix my angel it asks for credit card info etc... thanks

kinda funny once i moved the battery a bit it hasnt done it since they said 9v could have been touching barely a wire for that LED or something , i'm going to wait it out and see maybe just a fluke thing, they did also tell me they had a few other calls on this, just because they didnt post on here doesnt mean i'm the only one... but other than that i owuldnt get rid of the marker because of it....

The new angels are always going to have software problems..... its never failed, but they always get it worked out.
Credit card information is required to cover the cost of items and/or services not covered by the manufacturer's warranty i.e. shipping etc...

so if they "work out" the board, does that mean ou have to buy a new $200 board?

No, you just send it in for software updates.

Has WDP ever made you do that? You need to calm down and not think that if one person reports something that it automatically means every other marker out there has the same flaw/problem/feature/defect/etc.
