is the software upgradeable on your board, without swapping out your board?

I.e. can I just do a software load to go from a MEM3 to a MEM4?

Is there any point to MEM5 software on a non-optiswitch board?

Well mem5 im sure will be made to accelerate the new opta board. I don't think it will be made to do more to the older board.
