SPRING REMOVAL for EGG II

hey, i was just wondering if there is any way in particular that youre supposed to remove the springs from the loading door of your EGG II Hopper? They have those lil black caps on the sides and I wasnt sure if you just like try to pry the springs out, or if there is an actual removal technique to use. I got my EGG from a friend, so I have no instructions or anything to start with. Thanks.

just unscrew it, pull the screw out and remove the spring, then put screws back. very simple
