Quick Question,
Does the charger of and A4 work to charge a 2k3 LCD?

Yes it does, the A4 charger will actually charge every battery out there except for the LED.

Sparco is correct and also that charger will accept a 11-30v DC input. Quit a swing as most cars running will at best produce a 14.4 volt and not running 12v So input voltage is no problem with most cars.
