I cannont BELIEVE this. Listen up people.

Today, WDP announced the new 05 speed. Its bran new, and it has Angel Eyes.

I cannont BELIEVE this...i knew this was coming....i knew they would come out with another gun with eyes.....but to call it the SPEED...oh no.....this isnt good my friends....

You see, a whole nother generation is coming. The speed is back up top again. keyword: AGAIN. It has reseted itself over, and they are going to try to make A4 fly's and A4's seem outdone by the Speed 05. I just frickin hope the new speed doesnt have the same internals as the Fly/A4...let alone better...that would be a disaster to re-sale value and WDP's popularity...arg.....

ooooh i hope it just fires as fast as the fly...but isnt better....or that would be a HUGE mistake by WDP...

WDP is going to just be making Markers left and right...

When you buy an Angel, it will be the "Top" Angel only for a few weeks, then they will make a CNC or FLY edition of it, then another team Marker, and so on...

They make guns left an right. Its ridiculous.

But, they are making new guns just like every other company...

The only people complaining are those who are gun whores, or those who are so egotistical that they have to have the latest and greatest out there. As much as I like the new Speed, it won't replace my Fly 4.

as much as I want the speed it wont replace my speed, I love my speed even tho its not the 05... but it would be nice to have a gun with eyes...

anybody know the price of it. check out wdp's site, they do NOT list it for sale.
seems like it's the top of the line, including magnetic trigger, ball bearing trigger swivel.
the 9v would make it cheaper though

Your forgeting it had no LCD, and its restricted to 31bps.

Its basically an A4 with no LCD, a different Mini-reg, and eyes. An A4 with eyes can still whip it any day....

i dont like the looks of the new mini-reg and space frame. just about all the new angels are like the older spyder, some look different and might be a little different on the outside but htey will all shoot the same (speed, a4, fly, 05speed)

According to its manual with eyes on its as fast as ur loader can feed.... not 31 bps...

actually if you look at the angel website they have a tech explaining all of the features the speed 05 is just a fly 4 with a different body a new trigger and a 9v battery instead of haveing to recharge it and no lcd and they moved the lcd lights to the back of the grip
also since it has all of the fly internals it does shoot just as fast as the fly and probly 300-400 dollars cheaper

wait when the fly A4 was released who sold their gun so they could get 1?

na im kidding, i dont think the speed will drop the resale of the 4.


if u look at NPS and SP both of them have more guns out then wdp. nps has how many versions of 2 different timmys? sp has over 30 kinds of impulses and the shockers are starting to get more and more private labels. so i dont think wdp is really making that many guns

Technically, yes. If the marker was rigged to a device that could force feed 31 balls per second than the marker could handle it if configured properly. However to my knowledge the electronic limiter on the marker is set to 31bps and thus the marker won't shoot any faster unless the board is reprogrammed. Now, I'm sure that the marker is capable of shooting faster but that's not the issue at hand.

Just like the 4. The gun CAN fire over 31bps but the board restricts it to 31. The Fly isnt restricted.

Actually I'm under the impression that the Fly is limited to the same cap. However I'm not a 100% on this but fairly certain.

just wait till you get ur Speed....youll understand....it IS possible to shoot 31.....and in 8 months theyll come out with a new Halo version that feeds 42 bps or sumthin.....i mean, they already have a hopper that feeds 36 (real speed 28) but STILL...you can do it....

I got my Euro Angel. It works GREAT! so i dont need any fancy new trigger or new minireg or whatever. 9v battery? wtf?!

What's wrong with a 9v? I'd rather jsut slap one in, or be able to know I can ask my team for a spare before atourny, than have to worry about making sure my angel one is charged.

plus if i wanted an extra angel battery I'd have to pay for it, whereas my aprents by me 9volts... (weird I know)
