My IR3 is leaking from valve hole in the breech, i already change the valve stem. What can i do?

If you are positive it is from the exhaust port then try changing the valve guide. It may be scratched or damaged in some way causing it not to seal properley.

Replacing the stem covers that. Sounds like you have a bad oring on the valve body itself. You'll need the tool kit for this one. Pull out the end cap, the lpr piston, the lpr body, and then the valve. Replace the orings on the valve, oil/grease lightly, and you should be fine.
Also, while you have the valve body out, check for wear on the valve. If the face of the valve is worn or scratched, it can cause leaking problems.

I figured that's what you meant but I wanted to make sure everybody understood exactly what to do.
