I ordered an Angel 4 and an Angel air from Action Village (formerly PAintballger.com) last week. The angel4 looks good, but the Air box had shrinkwrap intact on the outside, but a broken wdp quality seal on the inside box. The AIR itself looked used, and there was no manual, warranty card, etc.
Actionvillage said they'd replace it, but the new one arrived with shrinkwrap intact on the outside, another broken WDP quality seal on the inside, an AIR adjustable manual, and a fixed Angel tank, even though I bought (and they charged me $459 for) an adjustable.
I called WDP, and they were no help. They claim distributers package the tanks, so it must be Action Village. Action Village says they don't package anything, it must be WDP.
Has anybody out there received a new Angel AIR with the WDP quality seal sticker on the white cardboard box broken? Why have a seal like that if you ship them out with the seal broken? Somebody is messing with these and I like to find out who. My new Angel 4 is just sitting in a box cause I have no AIR to shoot it with!
Thanks in advance for any info.

in this case, demand a refund for your money from AV...then buy the air somewhere else, most people have had nothing but trouble with AV, myself included.

I am getting a refund, but I wanted to make sure the problem is with Av instead of WDP before I buy another AIR. I don't want to buy and use a 4500psi bomb that has been tampereed with. That's why I was wondering if anybody got AIR's with broken quality seals from any other stores, which would lead me to beleive it was WDP.

I directly deal with Action Village, because they are the largest supplier of paintball products in my area. My team-mates and I have only had one problem with them. It was about two years ago, my friend got an A-5, and it was a lemon. Well, now he has a Shocker and has had no problems. THOMCAD, your problem is most likely with WDP. I recently send my Dark Angel to them to get a new board installed, and when I got it back the Drop forward and complete macroline kit was missing. Well needless to say, the paintball shop that sent my Angel out replaced the whole thing. I was really upset too, because it is about a 2 hour drive from this shop.

Thanks for the input, paulyfire264. This is the first and second problem I've had with action village after many, many transactions, and they have tried to make things right. But the broken seal is really bugging me, and making me think somebody at downstream from WDP is tampering with this product. I was hoping to hear from a bunch of people who had ordered and received AIR's from various outlets about whether or not the quality seal on the white inside cardboard box was broken or intact when they got it. If everybody gets a broken seal, then it points the finger at WDP, but if the seal is supposed to be intact then that tells me Action village, or somebody in between, is tampering with expensive and potentially lethal merchandise.

Just got a new screw in from Angel AIR Ken at Performance Angel & it was factory sealed but had no manual or paperwork at all in the box. Nothing but the AIR & packing material. Was not an issue but kind of strange when in the past WDP included nice manuals with a ton of stupid warning labels & warning notes.
