Ok just got a lightly used Dark Ir3. When i gas the marker up the bolt goes all the way forward and leaks. Ideas?

Unplug any wire lately?
Most common cause of this is that plugging your SOL wire into your HOP slot. Check on that :)

In the grip frame, take off the left grip cheek (the left side of the grip) and look at the wires, there will be writing above them, one will say BAT (for battery) one will say HOP (I think it's for your hopper but I'm not sure on that one) and the other will say SOL (for solenoid), now, make sure the grey and white wires are plugged into the middle hole (the HOP slot) and make sure the red and black wires are plugged into the far slot (the SOL slot which is the one closest to the trigger), hope this helps, peace.

Double check your wiring. make sure the grey and white is plugged into the "hop" socket and the red and black are in the "sol" socket.
Failing that the problem could be that the solenoid manifolds are in the wrong way or either the solenoid or circuit board are faulty.

What happens if you pull trigger?

looked at the wiring and everything is fine there. i took the bolt out and left the breech open, yeah yeah i know dont do that, and when i fired the marker everything cycles but the hammer doesnt return after it its the valve. i assume thats the hammer i see on the right side of the breech. so do i need a new ram?

the same type of thing happened to my Ir3 at a tournament. When I gassede it up the hammer would slam forward and it would leak ALOT. When I pulled it apart the ram was broken in half (came unglued at the seam in the front. Check that out. Pull out the ram and just see.
