The Force 4 and A4 boards are the same, the only thing that's different is the software that they use.
The tool kit comes with a LPR piston remover, LPR Gauge, snap ring adjuster, and ram adjuster. Not sure if you got the tool kit or the multi tool kits that look like volumizers.

I was under the impression that the Force 4 and the A4 boards are the exact same. Certainly my Force 4 reads "LP V2" on bootup, the same as most A4's.

owners of the Fly are in the 3.x range.
the difference between the Force Fly and the Fly is the additional Force modes that are programmed before shipping.

IR3's use version numbers starting with "MEM". The latest software for them, assuming you have an Opto switch, is "MEM6".
The current version of A4/Force 4 software is LP V3; unless you're experiencing problems, however, there's no reason to upgrade from LP V2.*
The Angel 4 Fly uses version numbers starting at 3.0. The current version is either 3.5 or 3.6 (I don't recall at the moment). I don't know how the MT's feel about how necessary it is, but I certainly feel that, if you aren't at least up to there already, upgrading to 3.5 is a very good choice.
The Force Fly uses 'AF" version numbers, but they directly correspond to regular Fly version numbers. Talk to the MT from whom you bought the gun as regards software upgrades.
As a rule, if you aren't experiencing problems with the gun, you don't need to update the software**.

*: Or so I've been told; I actually have no clue what the differences between LP V2 and LP V3 are.
**: Unless it's convenient. Or, in my opinion, if you have a Fly at anything less than version 3.5.
