new Fly won't charge

Heyas....

I just took a fly out of the box and tried to charge it. Power On, Plugged in the board simply blinks between its mode and safe.

However, if I plug the charger in with the swith off, it says Pwron (like the older angels), so I switch it on and then it goes back to blinking the mode/safe again.

I've tried re-seating the LCD, swapping the lcd, and pulling the board out of the gun to make sure the plug is in far enough. I've also tried swapping chargers, and am 100% certain both chargers work. (they both charge other a4/flys)

Ive rtfm, searched these forums and taken a tech class. Any ideas?

Try turning it on, plugging it in then put it to live, then replug. The safe the gun and try replugging again if it doesnt start the charge.

Have you tried swapping board/battery combos? For example, plug that battery into another board and that board into another battery. It's very possible that one of these two are at fault if the charging sequence does not start.

Most charging issues are charger/board related with a few related to the actual battery being bad.
