Hey guys I have an Angel Fly with only a few thousand shots on the counter and it started leaking out the LPR.
So I took out the LPR replaced all the O-rings and greased the puppy up (Even used WDP grease) and it stopped.
A few hundred shots later it started leaking again!?!?
I heard a rumour that the LPR may need some time to wear in but its quite a substantial leak.
Apart from replacing all the O-rings again does anyone have any ideas???
cheers

Maybe the flashtank o-ring is not seating well?

Unfortunately the hole it leaks from goes directly out the body and vents above the flashtank and so isn't connected to the part where the flash tank O ring is.
thanks for the idea though!

You're talking about the little square that's on the top of the flashtank right? That's where I had the leak, and it turned out to be that the flashtank O-ring was'nt seating all the time. The O-ring is located right between the underside of the body and the flashtank.

while that is true there is also a vent directly from the LPR out a hole in the bottom of the body and a chunk is cut out from the flash tank so it can vent out there.
Damn I wish it was a simple as a flashtank Oring cause this is getting to be a pain in the @$$. Good excuse to buy the angel tool kit I been meaning to buy for like 5 yearsas every time I need to take the LPR out I have to borrow someone elses.

kiwispike,
I had a problem like yours that I could'nt get the LPR to stop venting. Although my problem turned out to be the flashtank O-ring, another suggestion I got from some guys here was to change the LPR body O-rings, which you did. The next suggestion if that one did'nt work was to change the LPR main seal. If you search for the thread I'm pretty sure there were some other suggestions that I'm forgetting right now. :)
EDIT:
Here's the link to the thread I had.

What is up with this? My LPR is leaking as well. Am I hurting it by running it at 40psi?

Bro,
Im talking to Frazer at WDP about it, will let you know what he says. Hes been heaps of help.
Aparently LPR pressure may be a contributing factor, Im considering upping the pressure but will wait till he replys to my last email.
Cheers
