how do u kno if modes are unlocked??

well i was just scrolling through the menus and trying to use my palm pilot. so i took my grip frame screws off. then i hit the blue button and i can scroll through either ASTM or EXTRA NOACE. Since Extra means all modes are unlocked, does that mean i have all modes unlocked or what?

if my modes are unlocked, how do i scroll through them?

It should say EXTRA NOACC. If it does that means no access, meaning that the modes are locked. If it's a US board it's locked.

Yeah your board is locked in ASTM but last I heard someone on PBN was close to cracking it. Has anyone else heard anything about that?

MT's CAN but are NOT ALLOWED by WDP. The only way to get an unlocked IR3 board is to get one of the ones from Sweden, inland, and Norway. I think those were the only 3 contries that had unlocked boards.

blah...hmmm I always thought there was a way they could without getting a new board entirely...and I dont think it costs to much, although ive never had it done...

so let me get this striaght..... they put the modes in the gun but yet lock it in astm so that u cant use them

Yeah, you're right, the modes are programmed but aren't accessible unless the board is unlocked.

im sorry but that is dumbest thing I have ever heard. Lets put time and money into this so it can have all the nice mods then lock them so you cant get them, unless you spend more money for a MT to unlock or you do it yourself
