I was cleaning my fly and the rubber seal under the breech that seals the air flow from the valve came off. I have the rubber seal, but I'm not sure what kind of adhesive to use...
Any help would be appreciated.

Its just a bumper not a seal, but, if you want to glue it use superglue.

I use superglue. Be sure and scrape out the old gel stuff first, though!
BTW, great pictures. Very informative; I knew exactly what you were talking about. :biggthump

Thanks everyone for the input. I figured superglue would work, but wanted someone else's opinion before putting super glue anywhere near my gun.

...or you can use plain old rubber cement or Elmers glue. When mine fell off, I could tell that the adhesive used originally was similar to rubber cement, just by the way it 'rolled off' when rubbed.
Using a 'super glue' type adhesive, just make sure it is not harmful to rubber compositions...and melt the seal. If you lose your seal, just use some of the single sided tape that is kind of spongy like they put on the bottom of picture frames (or even double sided tape) to make a new one. It fills the milled out seating well and still provides the seal capability at a cheap cost. For the adventurous (or desperate), squeeze a bead of silicone seal in the milled out area, let dry partially, close breech to 'form' the seal face...

*raises eyebrow* wow...
I think you spent a lil too much time in the lab thinking about that.
Superglue is fine to use on both the gun and the rubber bumper. Notice I said bumper not seal. It doesnt seal, its to keep the breech from hitting the body of the gun and marking it.

Thank you very much for all the useful info. I'll try the superglue and report back with my results!
