I was shooting my brand new Angel for the first time and it chopped. I was wondering what happened but didnt sweat it too much. I cleaned everything out, shot some more, and out of nowhere it leaked out all my air.

I posted a thread "chopping" and I was convinced from many users of this site, that the bolt just dumped the air because it stuck forward when it chopped.

Today i got my AIR tank filled and started screwing it up to adjust the output PSI. The Same thing happened. This time i have found the spot of the leak. I will try to describe it to the best of my ability.

I opened the breech to expose the bolt and I found that it leaked in there. If you are looking at the gun from a birds eye view, with the breech open, you can see a small opening, and then a much larger one, resembling an L. It leaked from the little oval opening infront of the L; the smaller one. The O-ring above it seems to be in good shape

Any solutions would help greatly!

thanks

If it's coming from there then it's leaking through your valve somehow. I'm not sure how your valve would be stuck open but that's the only explanation I can think of. If you feel up to it, try opening up the right end cap and pulling out the valve spring guide and spring, then seeing what you can see. You might have to pull out the valve itself and take a look.

Put a drop or two of oil in that hole. It's a new gun so you're breaking it in still. The valve needs to seat correctly.

Simple. Heres a few qs

Could you fire over and over again with the leak? Would it change noise level with every shot if it did? Heres the thing...

If it is leaking and you cant stop it by pulling the trigger, the ram is stuck forward. The valve is stuck open.

If it never stops when shooting, its ur cup seal, or an o-ring.

Thanks for the advice...

I took off my volumizer, spring and plastic piece, reassembled it and now it works.
(for now)

Thanks
