LCD or Speed??

I really want to try out the Fly conversion. Not sure whether to get my Dark LCD done, or sell my LCD and buy a Speed to get done. What perfomance differences, if any, would there be between a Flied LCD or Speed? Now, I see the Fly conversion also does a mod to run your LCD at lower pressure. Would it be comparable to a Speeds operating pressure? Just looking for feedback, especially from those with the mod. Thanks

I have shot all of the guns that can be converted with the exception of the LED. I can tell you that they all rock and shoot just as nice as the next one and I can't tell if there is any performance difference at all.

As far as running the OP lower on the LCD's you will have to find out from the MT's or someone with the mod. I didn't check the LPR on the ones that Ken did, I just test shot them but for some reason I want to say that they run around 65.

one thing that you should considder is if you like the space frame or not, because that would be one of the only diffrences bettween the guns if you compair them side to side after the eyeQ conversion besides milling, anno, and such

i have only heard good things bout converted lcd's from dale and carlos... and i couldnt love my converted speed more

its pretty much all prefrence

Space frame doesn't make a difference, they can mill your 45 frame if you still want to keep it.;)

I have owned a couple of ir3's and I actually like the 45 frame better. I also love the milling and fade on my Dark 2k2. I read in the info section on the MT conversion, Ken stated something about drill and block the diverter-plate reservoir to significantly lower the LPR pressure. I was wondering if this would only pertain to Speed and higher or also the LCD.

LCD doesn't use a diverter plate since it doesn't have sensi. It pertains to only the Speed and A4.

I would get the Speed because of the Breech Block O-Ring, Space Frame, and Weight.

I also recommend the Speed. Take advantage of all WDP's design improvements to the gun.

I dont know what Im going to do yet. Im trying to buy a road bike right now too, I may hafta sell my LCD to put toward the bike. Then I can buy a Speed or A4 down the road. Or keep my LCD and get it Flied down the road. Aaarrrggghhh..........too many toys out there to own, not enough money :cry:
