Raoul, there are two seperate lawsuits ongoing at this time. The 2002 Case filed in the Oregon Federal Courts was ruled upon on August 23rd in WDP's favor.

The 2004 case filed in the Wisconsin Federal Courts is ongoing, but appears to be headed towards a conclusion, likely in WDP's favor.

this definately sounds like a great step...but this isnt the granddaddy patent that slaughtered the viking/excal and e-mags, which is the '707 patent...however by proving that Dr. Hensel helped with the PVI shocker WDP could have enough firepower to attack that one too.

however, i am also concerned that the patent is now co-owned by WDP and SP...which could be bad, or good...only time will tell

All the talk about patents, saying "electropneumatic" like they know what it means, hyping their "invention" of the Shocker, showing an Angel AIR at the chrono and an Angel off the break after they zoom over the PSP fields, the guy talking about "Heaven"... do you think they had WDP on the brain, or what?

i think that the courts is just realizing that the only reason the smartparts is crying about these patients is because wdp is the biggest paintball marker manifacture in the world
