flashfill maybe?

hey guys, i think i got my tank flash filled cause it was working fine until a guy filled it and now it's leaking out the wazoo. It won't hold more than 1,000 psi and it leaks out the cover where that little red thing is. I've replaced that by the way. Also, i've backed out the set screw all the way and the output pressure is still about 700. You areable to fix it with that toolkit since it provides the seals for a rebuild. If that doesn't work out, I highly recommend sending the reg to your nearest certified tech to have it serviced/rebuilt. This will ensure that it's done correctly and will give your a.i.r. new life.
