Posting sound clips

I made a duder of me shooting my LCD, it's just sound, and was wondering how to post them up. Is it the same way as pictures? Please excuse me if this was posted already, I searched. :boobies:

By the way I made it with the Sound Recorder program. :thumbsdow I don't like it but it works.
