i read a lot of posts where people use different versions of the software.
Are there any big differences software wise, and is it easy upgradeable?

yea its easy to up grade if u are near a MT wich i dont think u are.. the diffrence is that 3.5 is the best it keeps the gun from going off and cand run at lower TRs still being very fast..

You can tell when you first turn on your gun. It comes up on the LCD when it first boots up.

As soon as you turn on your gun it will tell you what version it is in the LCD. If you are happy with what you are running and have no issues then there shouldn't be a need to upgrade.

kewl will WDP ever come out with a datalink cable so you can fiddle with some settings on your pc ?

y do u think they're not gonna come out with it, seems like they have teh hard part done already, all they have to do is modify the ir3 verson to work with the fly

You think they would have already done it with the 4 since it's been out almost a year. I wouldn't expect them to come out with one for the 4/Fly anytime soon, if ever.
