Hi there

I had my Angel air serviced and since then it has randomly developed a leak, it comes from the side where the little cover plate is.

If you discharge 4-5 shots it stops??????

I took it to the Angel Tech after it did it the first time and he had no idea but a couple of guys have commented about it at the fill stations saying just shoot off a couple of rounds.

What could be causing this???

you have an o-ring insied that has likely rolled, or even has a chunk missing. You need to replace the o-rings again....sucks when it happens on the first fill after rebuilding the reg, sorry.

????

Sounds more like he needs to stop flash filling.

dazdread,
Replace the safty vent seal (p/n AR026), make sure whoever fills your tank does it slowly or turn the reg off before you fill, also keep the output below 800psi. (I would recommend 650psi or under)

Hi there

I always fill as slowly as I can as you never know when you are going to need the extra bit of air.

Output is set about 450

Will hand it back to the Angel tech when I see him next and tell him be must have trapped an o-ring or summat.
