Did you break a ball in your Hopper or was there a broken ball in the bag?

Then you either Chopped, or you had a Barrel Break...

its def not that... all 3 guns can tell that.. b/c it happened to all 3 and the ball matches barrel perfectly

I had the happen, and it turned out that the Halo was slamming the balls on the seems just enough to crack them a little. Only happened with a certain paint so far.

clean every thing around the breach barrel, breach, eye covers, feed neck, neck to your hopper see if that helps any

I shot a bag off Saturday on my newly repaired Fly (thanx again Ken) just to try it out.
When I loaded the hopper, I noticed one ball had a hairline crack in it (shaped like a Y) but it wasn't leaking paint. So I closed the lid and emptied the hopper. One of the balls came out and cork-screwed through the air and figured that was the cracked one.
After I shut the gun off, I noticed a very small amount of paint had come out from around the front of the breech. I opened it up but there was no paint inside the bore anywhere.
My guess is that the loader (ReLoaderB) squeezed that single ball just enough for it to leak some paint as the bolt hit it. Again, no paint inside the breech or the barrel.
Did any of your balls come out and cork-screw? (that just sounds so wrong, Lol!)

My guess is you got shot on your gun before. And after awhile the bolt and the air are slowly pushing out the remnants of a previous fatality.
