First of all, this is the sexiest gun I have ever held, much less owned. The red, smooth lines give it a really slick look.

Unfortunatly, all of this beauty is going to have to wait until Friday to be shot. Damn! I only have a HP preset tank, and I got a LP one coming for friday.

Speaking of, how complexx is the mod to use an HP tank? Is it reversable? If it has any indication of hurting the gun it's out, but if I could do it as a quick fix it would be nice so I could play with it tommorrow. If not I have to set it on the sidelines and shoot my Impy. :( Can someone point me to a link dealing with the reg mod for HP tanks?

EDIT: Excuse my ignorance (my first Angel) but when I pull the trigger, to fire the gun does that little screw only have to make contact with the leaf spring, or does it actually have to push it in some? I adjusted the wheels so the pull stops as soon as it makes contact.

Ok, I found where Ken posted how to do the mod, but I wanna know if this puts the internals or anything in danger. meaning is it bad for the gun. Keep in mind, if I do the mod, it will be only for 1 day of playing.

it will not hurt the marker...if it did Ken wouldn't suggest it.

additionally the TOE screw is how you adjust the firing point of the trigger pull, you can adjust your pull all you want with the wheels, but the TOE screw is the most important adjustment to make.

I see that, but what I am saying is this:

Does the marker fire when the toe screw makes CONTACT with the leaf spring, OR does the toe screw need to depress the spring to fire? At the moment the pull stops just when contact is made.

As for the HP thing, I just removed the single spring. Good news, now tommorrow I get to take this baby for it's maden voyage. W00T! lol

No, the screw will push the leaf spring in to a point where it causes the marker to fire. You need to screw in the TOE screw to a point where it causes the marker to fire at the desired point in the trigger pull.

Is this possible with the marker de-gased? Will the LCD indicate a shot with no air system?
