Not so much lubed. But every 8000 shots or so you should put a few drops of oil into your minireg inlet and one or two drops on your exhaust valve stem and dryfire about 50 times to distribute the oil.

A grease service should include a light greasing of the following o-rings in the gun:
3 on the ram 1 on the hammer rod 2 on the exhaust valve guide 1 on each endcap or volumizer that holds air (i.e., you don't have to grease the battery-side endcap on a LCD) (number varies) on the LPR 1 on the LPR piston 2 in the mini-reg
Other areas to grease are tech-specific; I tend to grease up the mini-reg ball bearing, for example.
Then, assuming you wanted to, you could get oil on the valve stem simply by removing the volumizer (or endcap) and tossing a few drops into the giant, yawning abyss of power that is the Fly's main pressure chamber. [Er, can you tell I've been reading some odd books lately?]

any recomendations are types of grease. the wdp grease, in the syringe is tricky. when i pess gently nuttin happens, then apply , a little more pressure, and then WOOSH a whole tube of grease is flung across my table

Haven't really experienced that. You did take the cap off the end, right?
You can always squeeze the syringe's contents into another container.

Haha, yeah, I routinely bend triggers made out of solid steel, just by walking them.
Here's (http://www.duke.edu/~rsp4/arnold.jpg) a picture of me from this morning; I kinda look beat because I just woke up.
