View Full Version : Hk modded Halo

I was reading a thread over at PBN that said something about an HKed Halo. It's supposed to have Egg paddles (I think) and a slide swith to turn on and off. The switch is said to let the player turn the Halo off, without the Halo eating up the batteries when it's not in use.
Does anyone know more about this? Or if this type of mod would really benefit the user that much? Sounds like a cool power saving feature, if it really works.

I have no problem pushing the button. I'm just wondering about how the slide swith saves that batteries from being drained.

I've been saying the same thing about "gat" forever now...

back on topic- from what ive read it has:
-evo paddles w/ 2 blades
-slide on/off switch, so you dont have to hold down the power button for 3 seconds
-drive cone mod, replace plastic tab with metal screw, so you dont have to worry about breaking that thing during a tourney.
-"secret internals" <<< thats all the HYPE right there.
Now, i rather just buy a halo, do the cone mod my self, and get the MT intellifeed kit when it comes out.
MT halo> HK halo

So anybody got some ideas on how to rig up something that would save the batteries from being drained? I tried asking the HK guys, but nobody responds. Or would it be better to just take them out before a period of inactivity?

mamba, Russ has tested EVERYTHING. I myself did the research on the different pulleys (overdriven and underdriven) as well as different voltage inputs and also battery packs. As for wiring up a bunch of extra batteries it's no big whoop, just do it in parallel and you're golden.

hk is Hostile Kidz, they are a paintball team. they mod guns like the angel. they put equalizers in angels and put a 3point switch on back so u can hide bounce from refs. they mod halos too
