I have just bought a brand new 68/4500 Angel air tank. At first when i pushed the little button nothing would happen, I thought it was the batteries. Yesterday when i put new batteries in and pushed the button all that would happen is a light turned on (not on the screen). I then took out the battery holder and pushed the button and it worked. I put the holder back in and nothing and the light turned on. It seems to be shorting out whenever I put the holder into its spot. Even if the LCD screen is on, it will immediately turn off once the end of the hold hits the beginning of its resting place. Am i missing a piece or am i overlooking something. There is no air in it.
