After about two months of going back and forth with the master techs Russ has renewed my faith in them. He went over the entire gun and found some problems and fixed them in a timely fashion. I also had him to the mag mod with the MT trigger and all I can say is that I am able to emply my z-board egg within 8-10 seconds. Not as fast as the intelli-egg but plenty fast enough!!! :yikes: Just wanted to let everyone know that all the hype about Russ knowing his stuff and doing good work is not a fluke!!

I am once again a :mt: Just wanted to take the time to thank Russ and Ken for all their help with my gun Angel 4 Eva

Here is what Russ sent me. It was really scary when I saw it!!!

So far here is what I have from my notes..:

Mini reg at 276psi....I thought that a bit high, so I set it to 200 PSI just as a benchmark for comparison.
Your mini reg snap ring was damaged, so we had to change that.
LPR was at 44 just a tad bit low, but under heavy fire it only dropped to 34, so adequate, but I will be bringing it up a bit.
Hammer was loose from the ram shaft, it has since been secured.
It seems that the loose hammer has put undue strain on the ram shaft, and shows a bit of uneven wear.
I would guess that we are loosing some power in the forward stroke of the ram.
Also I think we are not getting full throw of the spool possibly from some debris in the solenoid.
The main issue is the exhaust port from the solenoid. It had less than 0.0015 inch clearance this would definitely cause the full functioning of the solenoid. And that solenoid port problem has been taken care of with the turbo mod.
And last your screen is bad...that I cannot do anything about.

Currently that is where we stand.
What I still need to do is overhaul and clean the solenoid, and put the ram on the stress test machine.
Otherwise I apologize for the time it is taking to go through your marker.
I have been working on other projects.

He also said that battery was not holding a charge for very long so do charge it before playing.

Damn.. that's pretty thorough.

I might have to consider sending mine in just to get a quality tune up if they go into that kind of detail.

You would not believe the type of detail that Russ goes into when he's going things.
